Scottish band Deacon Blue will bring their 40th Anniversary Tour to 3Arena Dublin on 7 October 2027, celebrating four decades since the release of their acclaimed debut album, Raintown. The Dublin concert forms part of a 15-date UK and Ireland tour marking the anniversary.

The show will feature Raintown performed in full, giving fans the opportunity to hear the album’s songs live four decades after its original release. The record introduced some of Deacon Blue’s best-known tracks, including “Dignity,” “When Will You (Make My Telephone Ring)” and “Chocolate Girl.”

Following the performance of Raintown, the second part of the concert will feature songs from across the band’s extensive catalogue. Deacon Blue have released numerous albums throughout their career, with their most recent studio album, The Great Western Road, reaching No. 3 in the UK album chart.

The concert takes place at 3Arena, Dublin’s major indoor entertainment venue on North Wall Quay. With a career spanning four decades and more than seven million records sold, Deacon Blue’s anniversary tour provides an opportunity to celebrate the music that has defined their journey.
