The International Association for Youth Mental Health (IAYMH) Conference 2026 will take place in Dublin from 23–27 November 2026, bringing together an international community focused on improving mental health outcomes for young people. The IAYMH includes health, education and welfare professionals, researchers, policymakers, young people and families.
The conference provides an important platform for sharing research, evidence-informed practice and innovative approaches to youth mental health. A key focus of IAYMH is the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged 12–25, with an emphasis on services that respond appropriately to their age and stage of development.
A distinctive feature of the conference is its commitment to meaningful youth participation, with young people involved in shaping and delivering the event alongside professionals and researchers. The programme provides opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss emerging research and explore approaches to improving services and systems internationally.
Hosted at The Convention Centre Dublin, the 2026 conference will provide a setting for international delegates to connect, collaborate and contribute to the continuing global conversation around youth mental health.
