The Irish Running Show arrives at the RDS in Dublin on 6 and 7 February 2027, bringing runners of all abilities together for a weekend dedicated to running, fitness, health and the wider running community. The event is organised by runners, for runners, and follows the successful launch of the NI Running Show in 2026.
Visitors can explore more than 100 brands, discover the latest running products and equipment, and speak directly with experts about training, nutrition, footwear and performance. Representatives from running clubs, races and events will also be available, providing an opportunity to discover new communities and plan the year ahead.
The programme features a variety of expert talks and inspirational speakers, alongside interactive activities designed to get visitors moving. Attendees can take part in Pilates and yoga sessions for runners, explore dedicated activity zones and enjoy demonstrations and practical advice.
The event is also designed as a day out for families, with a Decathlon Kids Zone and free admission for children.
Whether you're training for your next race, discovering running for the first time or simply interested in fitness, the Irish Running Show offers a lively opportunity to connect with the running community in Dublin.
